Healthy Treat for Today: Mudballs

Ingredients
  • 40 ounce jar natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup flax seeds (ground or regular)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1½ cups chocolate chips
  • 4 cups oats
Instructions
  1. Cook and stir the peanut butterĀ and honey over low heat until melted together
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Use a medium-sized cookie scoop to form balls.
  4. Store in an air tight container.
