Healthy Treat for Today: Mudballs

- 40 ounce jar natural peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup flax seeds (ground or regular)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1½ cups chocolate chips
- 4 cups oats
- Cook and stir the peanut butterĀ and honey over low heat until melted together
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Use a medium-sized cookie scoop to form balls.
- Store in an air tight container.
