Simple Baked Salmon and Asparagus

Serves: 4-6
- 4-5 salmon fillets
- 1 pound (give or take) fresh asparagus
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium onion
- Lay asparagus along the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place salmon fillets over the asparagus.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over salmon and asparagus, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Slice onion, then lay the slices over the salmon.
- Cover and bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
