Simple Hawaiian Crock Pot Chicken

Serves: 4-6
- 2-3 pounds boneless chicken thighs or breasts
- 8 ounces crushed or chunk pineapple, drained
- 2 cups barbecue sauce*
- Place chicken (frozen or thawed) in the bottom of a crock pot.
- Top with pineapple and barbecue sauce.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
- Serve over rice if you like.
