The Easiest No-Churn Strawberry Ice Cream

Serves: 6-8
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- Maple syrup to taste (1/4-3/4 cup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly until smooth, creamy, and slightly thickened.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.
- Cover and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Scoop out ice cream and serve!
- If Ice Cream is in the freezer for a long time, simply set it on the counter for about 15 minutes before serving to make it easier to scoop.
