Simple Snack Recipe: Parmesan Crisps

Serves: 1-2 servings
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a cookie sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
- Scoop about one Tablespoon of cheese onto the pan, leaving about one inch of space in between each pile of cheese.
- Bake for 3-5 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Watch to be sure they don't over-bake!
