Simple Crock Pot Salsa Shredded Beef (2 Ingredients!)

Serves: 6-8
- 3-4 pound beef or lamb roast
- 16-ounces salsa
- Place frozen or thawed roast into a crock pot.
- Pour salsa over the top.
- Cook in a crock pot on low for 10-12 hours if frozen. If thawed, cook for 8-10 hours on low.
- Shred meat and serve.
