Simple Make-Ahead Parmesan Burgers
- 2 pounds ground beef or turkey
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tablespoons dried minced onion
- ½ cup shredded (or grated) parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Press together burger-sized patties.
- Fry in a skillet or on a grill for 8-12 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
- Serve right away, or refrigerate or freeze cooked burgers to easily reheat for a meal later.
- OR, freeze the prepared raw burgers, thaw as needed, and fry as directed.
