Easy White Queso

Serves: 6-8
- 8-ounces cream cheese
- 16-ounces pepper jack cheese
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 cup half-and-half or whole milk
- 10-ounce can Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
- Place all ingredients into a medium-sized saucepan.
- Whisk over medium or low heat until mixture has melted together smoothly.
- Serve!
