Mix egg yolks, coconut cream, and coconut milk in a medium-sized pan.
Add a few dashes of salt.
Heat mixture on the stove being careful not to boil. Stir constantly.
Remove ¼ cup of the mix and make a slurry with the arrowroot powder. Mix it all together in the pot.
Keep stirring and just as the mixture begins to thicken, turn off the burner and add in the vanilla , spice, and maple syrup. Taste and adjust sweetener if necessary.
Drink warm or chill for pudding.
Serve chilled pudding with a variety of toppings for breakfast or snack: sliced apples, bananas, cherries, blueberries, toasted coconut, pecans, etc.
