The Easiest Way to Make Steak Gravy

Serves: 2-3 servings
- 2 leftover cooked steaks
- ¼ cup butter
- 3-4 Tablespoons cornstarch or flour
- 2 cups of milk (more if your gravy seems too thick)
- Cut leftover steak into small bites. (I use kitchen shears to make this easier!)
- Put the bites into a skillet.
- Add butter.
- Melt the butter while heating the steak.
- Sprinkle in cornstarch or flour to make a paste.
- Add milk.
- Cook and stir over medium to high heat until mixture is thick and bubbly.
- Salt and pepper per your preference.
- Serve over biscuits
