The BEST Pumpkin Bars
- 2 cups whole grain flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar or sucanat
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 4 eggs
- 16-ounce can pureed pumpkin
- 1 cup melted coconut oil
- Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Add eggs, pumpkin, and oil, stirring until batter is smooth.
- Pour batter into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
