Simple Egg Casserole with Hashbrowns

Ingredients
  • 12 eggs
  • ⅔ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 cups frozen shredded or cubed hashbrowns
  • 3 Tablespoons dry minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1½ cups cooked meat (diced ham, sausage crumbles, or bacon bits)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
  1. Crack eggs directly into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Use a fork to mix everything together.
  4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. TO MAKE AHEAD:
  6. Make as directed, but cover and refrigerate (or freeze) before baking. When you are ready to serve the casserole, bake as directed.
