Simple Egg Casserole with Hashbrowns

Serves: 15 servings
- 12 eggs
- ⅔ cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 cups frozen shredded or cubed hashbrowns
- 3 Tablespoons dry minced onion
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1½ cups cooked meat (diced ham, sausage crumbles, or bacon bits)
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- Crack eggs directly into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Use a fork to mix everything together.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- TO MAKE AHEAD:
- Make as directed, but cover and refrigerate (or freeze) before baking. When you are ready to serve the casserole, bake as directed.
