Dark Chocolate Espresso Pie

Ingredients
  • 10-ounces dark chocolate chips
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 3 Tablespoons ground espresso
  • 9-inch pie crust (regular, graham cracker, or oreo)
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter together.
  2. Once melted, whip the chocolate mixture with cream and ground espresso using beaters or in a high power blender until smooth and thick.
  3. Pour mixture into a prepared pie crust.
  4. Chill pie for at least two hours before serving.
