Pumpkin Pie Filling
2 cups canned or frozen pumpkin
2/3 cup brown sugar or sucanat
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon nutmeg
3 eggs
1 ¼ cup heavy cream
Whisk together all ingredients. Pout into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the pie comes out clean.
Makes one pie.
