novembergratitudechallengesm

November 1st marked the second anniversary of this website! I’m so excited and well…very, very grateful!

I’m hoping you will help celebrate my 2nd Website Anniversary by taking the Gratitude Challenge with me!

With Thanksgiving coming up we’re in the thankulness mode anyway…right?!

All month I would like to challenge you to look deep into the ways God has blessed you. Write a post on your blog (if you have one!) about what you’re grateful for. Write a grateful post every day if you’d like!

Each Tuesday…Gratituesday, that is…link up any or all of your grateful posts. If you don’t have a blog, then leave a comment (or twelve) sharing what you’re grateful for.

During the entire month of November, each time you link up to my weekly Gratituesday post and/or leave a comment on my Gratituesday post…you will be entered into a drawing for some super fun prizes—A Handmade Prayer Journal—A $25 Gift Certificate to the Heavenly Homemakers Shop—A Stainless Steel Beginners Baking Pack worth $20!

(Does it sound like I’m bribing you to be grateful? Well…maybe prizes are something to be grateful for, huh?)

God is good! Let’s celebrate together!

Psst…if you leave a comment on THIS post…I’ll be so grateful…I just may enter these comments in the drawing as well!

I am new to your site and am so thankful to a friend who recommended it. I am so grateful for the opportunity to homeschool my precious children and striving daily to serve the Lord and my husband. Being a homemaker I believe is one of the highest callings. I am grateful for all God has intrusted me. I pray I will serve him with a willing heart in all I do. Thanks for your encouragement and yummy recipes!!

I am in the process of starting a blog – hope to get it up and running soon. One of the things I want to include is a daily gratitude. I write them in a journal now and I’d really like to send them out to the world. Thank you for the inspiration.

I am so grateful for my family. It is so easy to stay frazzled and annoyed when you have a large family. There is so much to do that it can be hard to step back and enjoy. We spent the weekend preparing for and celebrating All Saints together and it was so fun and edifying and nice just to do that as a family. I am thankful for them and for those memories we made.

I love your new site design but did have trouble trying to click over from bloglines, I had to manually type in your address…not a big deal but thought you would like to know.

I have really been blessed by your blog thanks for all your hard work.

Happy Anniversary and may God bless you abundantly this next year!

    Happy 2nd Blogaversery!!
I am so thankful for your blog (I know, *everybody* is saying that!) – but it is so true. I always come away blessed. I am so excited to be able to participate in the “Comments” section (could we do that before?) … I would read everybody’s every week and it would get me thinking and I would find I was composing blog posts about what I am thankful for and I don’t even have a blog!! The list of things I am thankful for is so long but for today, I am thankful that I have a “Heavenly Daddy” who loves me and for all the incredible gifts He has given me — life, family, home, freedom.
Thank YOU, Laura, for reminding us how important it is to be thankful!!

I am so thankful to God for help with finances. My truck quit on me and I thought I was looking at a $300 bill for a fuel pump. It turned out to be $25.00 with a spark plug problem. He is faithful. I am grateful that I am His child. Love this site and am grateful I stumbled onto it.

Praise God for two years of written blessings on your blog. I have been personally encouraged by the ways you mother your four boys (we have three little boys) and the way I always leave your blog feeling encouraged, not like I’m falling short, just joyfully encouraged. Thank you and may the Lord continue to bless you as you share with others.
