Well…if I didn’t have ideas for cooking with beans before…I do now! Thank you so much! I can’t wait to start trying some of your recipe suggestions!
Last week Donna asked if I would show a picture of my lamb chops. Hey…if you want to see my lamb chops…I can show you my lamb chops.
See how cute they are? They are super tiny.
Six chops fit into my skillet.
I just brown them slowly and sprinkle on some onion salt.
Lamb chops are some of the most delicious things on the planet.

Oh the chops look sooo yummy!
I love lamb…very hard to find where I live…and people look at you like U R from Mars if you even mention it, but oh how I love it!
Thanks for showing us! They look great and as usual, you’ve made it look a cinch too cook!
Hi!
I’ve read how you avoid high-fructose corn syrup. We do too. But we eat alot of pancakes and my family likes syrup. I buy pure maple syrup, but it’s getting very expensive. What do you use on pancakes?
I just wanted to say that I truly appreciate your wonderful recipes! We’re addicted to your fruit leathers, and this week we’re trying your blueberry pancake syrup and your cheesy crackers!
Hope you have a blessed week.
Oh yum, the popcorn chicken sounds like so much fun!
My kids will love that recipe!
Thanks so much for sharing.
I have been thinking of making corn dogs…anyone up for a healthy corn dog recipe challenge?
what a detailed menu you put out each week! If I did that, my family would hold me to it! Hey! you SAID we were having smoothies.. or whatever. Good job.
Your menu plan looks terrific. You’re far more ambitious than I am! :)
Your menu looks awesome! Thanks for sharing!

I agree, lambchops are wonderful! Thanks for sharing your recipe ideas!
YUM! You have some great recipes here. Can’t wait to try some. Definitely the Popcorn Chicken and Orange Muffins! Your lambcops look delish. :)
Awesome menu plan – we also do better when we have lighter meals at night. I grew up in South America, where it was customary to have a HUGE meal at midday, followed by a “siesta” :-).
Also love the “angeled” eggs – we love these and it always feels strange calling them by their original names.
Christy, I just posted the way we use honey on our pancakes. Works for us!
