This was the first time I’d seen your post about the apple crisp, and thus the first time I saw your manifesto against cutting in the butter. Thank you. Thank you so much. Cutting in butter has never worked for me and just left me with chunks of butter covered in flour, oats, or whatever grain I’m using. Glad to know I’m not the only one who dislikes it!
Made this recipe yesterday and let me tell you. It’s delicious, I’m making more today. Thank you :)
