Menu Plan For the Week

I’ve always liked to display my menu on the fridge so that I can see at a quick glance what I’ll need to prepare next! (My husband and kids also love to have the menu plan on the fridge so that they know what to get hungry for next!)

I used to always write my menus on a piece of notebook paper (complete with fringe)…and slap it onto my fridge. For some reason…I always felt like it looked….tacky. ;)

I started making these fun menu planners…and I really like them. (They look so much more cheerful in my kitchen than the piece of paper ripped out of a notebook…)

And now…here are some new springtime menu planners that you are welcome to download and use to brighten up your kitchen!

Grilled Cheese, tomato soup

Thanks for the new menu sheets – my children love choosing a new one each week to print out. I was just starting to think I should try to make up some different ones to keep them interested when I stopped by to find these lovely ones.

Laura, your week sounds so delicious! I’ve been making homemade pizza pockets for a while and we all just love them. They’re great to have in the freezer! But I’ve been using just a white flour dough that I’ve wanted to replace with something healthier. Yours sounds so good. I’ll definitely make the switch next time I make some. Thanks!!

serious question. you have a lovely well-organized blog and a wonderful weekly menu. are you in the kitchen all the time? i have 4 kids (they are 5, 3, 2, & 1) and one on the way. the oldest three like helping out, but we barely manage to cook once or twice a day. how do you cook three times-every day? tips would be seriously appreciated! also, i love that you encourage using lots of fruit, veggies and whole grains.

The pizza pockets look fun. I am interested in trying them, if only because they have yogurt in them. I have never heard of that!
