Is the cash back supposed to send me any kind of email to say they see I ordered and will be sending money? I have no proof from them in email or on my account that I recently purchased a deal through them…is this normal? (First timer)

Hi there! I had the same problem when I tried to order through the Walmart app on my phone. I changed it to open up in a regular internet browser instead of the app and suddenly the option to pick up in store appeared! Yay! I hope this helps you. I know I didn’t want to spend the $5 on shipping when my Walmart store is right up the road. :)

I signed up for an acacia the and did the offer for diapers through the site, it’s not showing pending purchase on my top cash back account..does it take a few days to show up? I know I followed everything right…but having it not show up the Walmart purchase even pending made me wonder??

Weird, that seems pretty long. I’m wondering if they had so many sign-ups that they are backed up? I bet you’ll see your money back sooner than 14 weeks though. That’s how it usually works for me.

Thought this was a great deal. Wanted to get diapers for my daughter-in-law/granddaughter. I signed up for Top Cash Back account. Followed all the directions. Signed up on 4/21/15. It took me to Walmart website. I put one box of diapers in my cart, selected site to store shipping (free). I was only charged tax. Walmart notified me that diapers were in. I got email confirmation. Then today I got another email canceling the transaction and refunding my money. When I went to Walmart, no diapers. I was told by Walmart employee that the promo was not valid because Top Cash Back website had been reported as stealing credit card numbers. Bummer I got NO free diapers. Anyone else encounter this same issue?

I just heard back from TopCashBack regarding this. They have heard nothing from others about any glitches like this, and I trust them when they tell me that they aren’t doing any credit card scheming. (Especially since they never ask for anyone’s credit card info.) I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them.
Anyway, they suggested that it may have been a glitch on your transaction at the Walmart.com site? I’m so sorry this didn’t work for you, but glad that Walmart refunded your money so you weren’t out anything! Bummer on missing out on the free diapers though!
i did this when you posted it and it’s saying 14 weeks for payout for me too. That’s a really long time. I think they’re hoping that in the next 3 months people will forget about the money owed to them. (Which is very likely.) guess I have to set some sort of reminder on my calendar to check in a few months. This has turned out to be a frustrating deal.
I find it frustrating that they are telling you that it will be 14 weeks. :( Hopefully it will not turn out to be as long as that, but yes, that is a good idea to set a reminder to check back. I’ve never had any trouble with them paying me back what they promise, and often, the payback happens sooner than they say. Hopefully you’ll find that as well!
