    Hi,

I just tried to download a copy and I get an error message:

    Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /shop/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Is there a different link I could try?

    Thanks…

For some reason it won’t let me link to get one, and says that the website is forbidden. Even the E-book link isn’t working for me. I would love to get one, As I have 3 under the age of 4 at home, any suggestions as to how?

Thanks so much for this. I know that going paperless is the way to go, but I just had to make a hardcopy to refer to when I can’t think of anything or remember what’s in it. But. I saved some paper by printing 4 pages on one paper, cutting it in half, folding it, and turning it into a little book. I skipped printing the very last page because it’d print on a whole page by itself, but other than that, it was perfect!

    Thanks again!
