Look What I Just Found to Go With the Pancake Muffin Idea!

Some have asked where I got the pan that turned out my cute Pancake Muffins. Oh, I replied with the back of my hand resting on my forehead, I used a regular muffin pan, then I carefully hand-carved each of them to become a flower.

Easy Pancake Muffins

Yeah, right.

How to make a cute pancake muffin

I used silicone baking cups I had received from Demarle as a review product several years ago. That’s when I learned how fun and easy silicone is to work with. I’ve done the research on silicone, and as long as it is BPA free, I trust it to be safe to use. Wow are they ever easy. I love them.

I looked on Amazon to see if I could find something similar at a lower cost. Not only did I find some flowers here – they are at a much lower cost.

You just set these cups on a baking sheet, fill them, and bake as normal. The muffins pop right out and you can just rinse out the cups or throw them into the dishwasher.

After I found the flowers, I was curious if they had any friends. Oh yes. They do.

12 regular Muffin Rounds together with a set of 12 Stars – the best deal of all of these since this one comes with 24 altogether!

And oh my goodness…Bears!

Our regular muffins and Pancake Muffins turn into works of art. It is too easy.

Take note that the coupon is not available on all these sets, but some of them are priced lower than the sets with coupon anyway. Sweet! Have fun impressing everyone with your beautiful baking skills, while you spend very little time cleaning up after your brilliant self.

These work awesome for freezing muffin batter. I have three dozen – I just pop them out and put them in freezer bags for later. So handy.

Thanks for the link to the pretty flower cups! I loved getting them with the coupon! I had another item I needed to purchase, so I added that to my cart. I remembered that I had a $50 Amazon gift card, so my order was free to me! Yay!

Thank you SO much for showing these to all of us!! Just ordered several kinds, and am praying you get the credits for all of them. I had always wondered how well they work, and now I know—thanks to you. Smile

Have you had any trouble with your muffins being ‘oily’ ~ as if the coconut oil or butter didn’t absorb? We’ve used ours a couple of times, but can’t seem to get things to cook the same as they would in a muffin paper / pan.

    Anyone else have this trouble??

Hmm, I haven’t noticed this trouble with mine. Wonder why they would do that?

Sold to the sister-in-paw who threw away her muffin pans the last time she tried to make egg muffins and the pans were impossible to clean.

I like Amazon’s new thing (maybe just for Prime members?) where you can choose slower shipping and get $1 credit for Amazon books, music, etc.

Oh my goodness, have you really gone this long without muffin pans?!?! You (and hopefully my nephew and niece) will have so much fun with these. Yes – that bonus $1 credit is so fun. I always forget about it, then when I order a book and it applies to my purchase it is a great surprise!
