It’s a great time to work on getting in shape!

(Technically, any time is a great time to work on getting in shape – but we all tend to think about it a bit more after eating extra pie and fudge…)

I can’t even tell you how much I’ve benefited from Getting Fit With Jen’s personalized training program. She’s very gifted at creating workouts that fit an individual’s needs – no matter what your physical needs, limitations, or strengths. I’ve had to work hard, but by following Jen’s programs, I really am getting more fit. I love it!!

This month, Jen is offering $10 discounts on her personalized workout programs. Take advantage of this – and you will not regret it!

Time to get fit and feel great!

Hmmm, this may be just the ticket for shedding the rest of the baby weight!

I’m trying to stay on the workout wagon, but its hard! How many times a week do you workout? I’d like to workout twice a day…but I can’t seem to keep up with it. I do take two days of rest usually. I get burnt out if I don’t :/ I know if I could just control my diet the workouts I’m doing would make an even better difference, but I am at least keeping my heart healthy doing carido, and trying to do strength workouts. I really like Jillian Michaels videos, BUT she cusses which is less then desirable…especially since I have little ears around. I always have my little one in another room with her Daddy while I workout when I know a cuss word is in a workout, but even me hearing it hurts me because I try really hard not to cuss anymore since Jesus saved me!

I try to work out at least three times each week – more if I’m able to squeeze in even just 10 minutes of something extra. The beauty of Jen’s workout programs are that you can do it without having to watch a video. I’m with you – I don’t like having a video of a half dressed woman who uses bad language going on in my home. :)

This sounds interesting; especially since you’ve been sharing how much you’ve enjoyed working out and how good you feel. I need to talk to my husband about it.

Question: what if I don’t live near Jen? Does she do training programs via email or phone?! I could use some accountability and encouragement :-)

She actually works mostly with people who don’t live around her. She communicates mainly through email to put together a personalized program for you. Then you can keep in touch with her at any time during your program to ask questions and stay accountable. People have seen great results!
