We’ve had some nice chats around here recently about stevia. I’ve concluded that my family will continue to enjoy stevia as a healthy sweetener option from time to time.
If you’ve tried stevia and found it to be bitter, it could be one of two things: You could be using too much, or you might not have found a brand that tastes good. I use stevia when I make iced tea now. Just two packets (looks like 2 packets of sugar) sweetens 3liters of tea! My best friend uses NuNaturals. I’d love to try their products.

I love stevia!
But if it’s not bitter it may actually mean that it’s more processed. The stevia plant has both bitter and sweet tastes to it, and scientists have discovered a way to extract only the sweet taste. Just something to consider.
