Share Your Heavenly Homemakers Recipe Story

It’s been forever since I’ve gotten around to sharing one of your stories of using Heavenly Homemaker recipes! I have excuses. I won’t bore you.

Keep your recipes and pictures coming! I love them!

This was sent in by Cantina. I’ve never thought about topping waffles with kiwi. Great idea!

I wanted you to know that we used the quick mix to make waffles this morning. They are so yummy! Top with blueberries and kiwi…out of this world! I have one son that said he could eat 10! :) This morning we didn’t have many leftover so next time we make them I need to use the whole batch of quick mix (10 cups). That way we can freeze leftovers for another breakfast. Thanks for sharing your recipes!

Blessings,
Cantina Camp

I am finally gonna do this, because all your recipes have inspired me! What has stopped me in the past is that we don’t have fridge or freezer room to store the mix…I’m gonna experiment with leaving out the fat and adding it in when I’m ready to bake. Thank you!! And my family REALLY thanks you. :-)

I cooked a batch in my waffle iron and they stuck so bad! I had to do the rest as pancakes… any ideas on what to use to get them to not stick so bad? I was oiling with butter and coconut oil before pouring the batter in my iron.

I don’t know why yours stuck so bad! My waffle iron is cast iron, so I know that helps, but still – they shouldn’t stick. Dissapointing!
