Kitchen Mill Wheat Grinder Giveaway!

You wouldn’t be interested in another grain mill giveaway would you? Ah, well then, let’s do it!

Misty, a consultant with Shelf Reliance, has offered to give away a Kitchen Mill Wheat Grinder – is she generous or what?! You’ll want to go read her site and learn all about what she has to offer. You may be especially interested to learn how you can put together 72 hour survival kits – very inspiring.

So, what is the Kitchen Mill Wheat Grinder? It’s definitely not just for wheat, that’s for sure! You’ll be able to grind whole wheat, rye, oats, rice, buckwheat, millet, corn, soybeans, barley, triticale and others. I don’t have personal experience with this variety of mill, but my research tells me that it is a high quality, efficient machine. I love freshly ground flour and have found that our baked goods taste wonderful and are much healthier!

    I’m very very interested in getting one of these. My health isn’t the greatest and I’d love to be able to grind my own flour and use it in an aid to recover it. By the way, I’m a young person, 22 years old. :) In any case, praying that God will send the free mill to whoever is needing it most.

    I have always been interested in using one of these! I love love love to bake. I am currently researching how to start a home baking/canning business. When we buy a home in the spring I will be building a kitchen in order to realize my dream of feeding as many people as possible. My Grandmother gave me the gift of being a good cook…so, why not make a business out of it? People have told me for YEARS that I should open a restaurant….my illness will not allow me to work and be on my feet for 12-18 hours a day but It would be possible for me to bake/can for about 5 hours a day.

    I would be fun to use this along side some of my recipes from the 1800’s!

    I DO own this grinder and it is AMAZING! I love it. It works very well. The only thing I would tell a new owner is to place a small piece of cloth over the vent while running to keep dust down. Other than that…she’s a GREAT MACHINE!! Good luck to anyone trying to win!

    I would love to win the Kitchen Mill Wheat Grinder. I’ve not always followed eating what you, yourself produce. I now do believe this. I’ve had breast cancer twice before 50 and often wonder if it has to do with all the junk they put into our foods. I now raise chickens (wish I could have other animals) garden and can our own foods. The mill grinder what just add to that.

    I have been following you for quite sometime and I love that you are so helpful explaining about the mill grinder and how you use it. Last year my son was diagnosed with Cancer(rhabdomyosarcoma)
    At that point we made it through the year and are now changing our diet to organic. This food mill would help me a great deal in keeping to healthy and delicious meals. Truly believe all the processed foods that the country is eating is cause soooo many children to have disease. You are a wonderful person and it also is a blessing that you are christian. Love your helpmeet articles. Love reading both perspectives. Thank you for all your hard work.

    Wow!!! I would LOVE a grain mill!!! I know it was a bad case of “the cart before the horse”, but I have started to buy wheat for my pantry/stockpile and for prepping purposes. But saving for a good mill worth having is difficult. I keep putting money away, but something keeps coming up! Hopefully soon, but hopefully I can win the Kitchen Mill Grinder!!

    I’ve been reading your email for about 7 months now. I first was interested because of the week-end retreat. Then I realized how many more things you have to offer.     We own and operate a small, sustainable family farm in SW Nebraska. Part of our income is making and selling handmade bread products. I would LOVE to have a grain mill to be able to mill my own wheat! We buy wheat in bulk from a local farmer to feed the pigs and it would be great if we could use the same wheat to feed ourselves and others!!!

My farmer friend has a grain mill, and so I got to for the first time grind some flour at her place. It was so neat! She sent some home with me, and it tasted soo good!     I know someone who has this mill. Makes wonderful flour, and even mixes grains (white wheat, barley, oats, (pop)corn, and buckwheat to make a multigrain flour that is fantastic.
