The recipe is a tiny bit more time consuming that some of my other baked goods, so I find that I don’t make my Homemade Soft Pretzels very often anymore. But now that the weather has cooled off, I’m excited to make these pretzels to go with a pot of soup. I guarantee my family will not argue with my idea.

I LOVE your soft pretzels, and have a time saving tip. Instead of shaping them into pretzel shapes, I’ve found it is much fast to make them into long ropes and cut them into small pretzel “bites.” It works great for my toddler this way also! Be careful-this makes them very munchable.

Have you made these soaking your flour first? If so how before I try it and destroy some good ingredients :)
