MM! Your menu looks fabulous. I’ve never thought to make p.b. pancakes–what a great idea! Thank you for sharing!

Thanks for always posting your menu. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve perused and pulled the recipe for dinner. Please keep posting. I’ve been so uninspired as of late. BTW, my hubby is still telling me how good the popcorn chicken was and that was Friday! Made with homemade sweet and sour sauce. Delish!

Hi Laura. I thought I’d introduce myself. Your SIL, Kari, shared your blog with me because I’d shared what a weakness I have when it comes to making menus. Anyways, I’ve enjoyed discovering your site, appreciate you sharing your meal plans, and I really like your writing style. I appreciate that you don’t seem to take yourself too seriously which is very endearing and helpful to those like me who can be overwhelmed by some of this healthy menu planning getting organized stuff. I’ve been getting to know Kari through a hellomornings facebook group we are in and I’ve decided that if I lived on the west coast, I would love to hang out with the two of you. Until then, I’ll hang out with you on your website! :) -Anne

Thank you for sharing your menu plans each week. Since I work for a school district, I really only have to plan three-squares-every-day during the summer. (During the school year I use several short cuts, like reruns for breakfast, similar sack lunches, etc. in order to save time.)

But during the summer, when my boys and I are home all day. Those short cuts don’t work as well. I check out your menu plans every week for inspiration to keep things healthy and fresh!

I adore your site! I have made many of your recipes and have loved them all. I am starting to get into making my own kefir and buttermilk, etc (ordered my starts and grains from Cultures for Health) and I see your awesome glass jars and was wondering where you get yours. Can you suggest a good site to order such things? Thanks again for all your hard work!

I get mine from my health food co-op, Azure Standard. You can also get them from Amazon for a pretty good price: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000BYE26?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creativeASIN=B0000BYE26&linkCode=xm2&tag=wwwheavenlyho-20
