I’m praying that this evening and tomorrow will fill your heart with JOY. You are doing the hard things beautifully.

    Christmas Blessings,

    Laura,
    ‘
Your reaction to lice is very normal. We all try to be as clean and as thorough as possible and it still happens. It happened in our family too. So, crying and being angry is okay. It was the exception, not your normal reaction.

God loves you all and knew all of this was going to happen before you did. (Psalms 139;1-6) Thanks for sharing the good, bad, and ugly.

    Blessings,

    Cheryl

    Merry Christmas, Laura!
Your blogs have been such a blessing to my heart all the way over here in Japan. (I’m Nebraskan too, –sort of–by the way and can remember driving past the York water tower on my way back to UNL so many times!)

Can I just mention a weird hack that worked quick magic on my kids when they brought home the gift of lice? Listerine!
I just spritzed their heads with Listerine, put shower caps on them for thirty minutes and then brushed and rinsed the dead nits out! My younger one had them pretty bad but one Listerine treatment time did the trick even for her !
I pray that this or something else will quickly do the trick for your wee ones.
    Hang in there, sweet sister!
… and meriii kurisumasu from across the pond :)
