I have never used Palm shortening & am wondering if it would substitute well for Crisco in a frosting recipe that calls for Crisco. I only use Crisco for that & it’s just a few times a year for homemade bday cakes but am wondering if Palm shortening would substitute well or not??

If you are talking about decorator frosting for piping it would be good to give it a test before something needs to be made for a special occasion. I have always been disappointed when using anything but Crisco and it sure is frustrating to have the frosting slide off the cake, etc!
