Attention: Everyone With Hands and Feet! FREE Pocket Size BeeSilk Hard Lotion!

July 18, 2016 by Laura 3 Comments

This post may contain affiliate links. For more information, please see our disclosure policy.

If you have hands or feet that tend to get dry and cracked – you are really going to want to perk up to this. Come to think of it, if you have hands and feet at all – you need this. After all, who of us doesn’t from time to time struggle with dry skin? And then there are those of us who have chronically dry skin that can result in cracks in the fingers, toes, and heels.

If you’ve been around here long, you know my story. I suffered from terribly dry, rashy hands for my entire life until I was sent a sample of BeeSilk Hard Lotion Bar to try. I rubbed it on and immediately that little bar changed my hands and feet forever.

You know how I get sarcastic every once in a while around here? (Ha. Every once in a while.) Well when I say BeeSilk saved my hands there is zero sarcasm or exaggeration. I love this stuff and will never be without it.

Guess what’s happening today and tomorrow? We can all get a free lotion bar! (Offer expires at midnight Tuesday, July 19.)

BEESILK-HARD-LOTION-BAR-POCKET-2T

How To Get a Free Pocket Sized BeeSilk Lotion Bar:

  1. Click here to get to the special “BeeSilk Hard Lotion Bar” page.
  2. Put the bar (regularly $6.95) in your cart. Use the code HHJuly at check-out and the entire amount will turn to $0!
  3. Pay a minimal shipping fee when completing your order.
  4. Wait anxiously for your bar to arrive.
  5. Rub on your BeeSilk and watch your hands and feet become soft and smooth right away.
  6. Be very, very happy and relieved and love BeeSilk forever.
  7. Or even better…

How to Get Free Shipping with your Free BeeSilk Lotion Bar

I love freebie deals like this, but I much prefer to avoid shipping fees. Here’s what I’m doing:

MadeOn offers free shipping on orders over $45. Since I already know I love and use many MadeOn products, I will fill my cart with a few other of my favorite items to go along with the free lotion bar. Then I can get the freebie with free shipping too! I’ll get…

  • BeeSilk Refills
  • BeeSilk Sticks (for my purse)
  • Natural Lip Balm

I have to have plenty of these products on hand at all time because our whole family uses them – plus our oldest takes his own stash to the dorm.

Enjoy your freebie!! Don’t forget that this offer ends Tuesday, July 19 at midnight, so don’t put it off!

Save Your Hands This Winter With a FREE BeeSilk Lotion Stick (Just Pay Shipping, Two Days Only)

January 8, 2016 by Laura 3 Comments

This post may contain affiliate links. For more information, please see our disclosure policy.

Renee at MadeOn knows how much I love her BeeSilk products. She knows that many of you love her BeeSilk products. So she’s giving all of us a free BeeSilk product. No catch. No questions asked.

Free Bee Silk Stick!

If you have trouble with dry skin in the winter (or all year, like I do), and you’ve tried every other lotion on the planet (like I did) and you’re frustrated because nothing is helping – I think you’ll find BeeSilk Hard Lotion to be the answer (like I have found). Nothing works for me to avoid dry, cracked, bleeding hands like BeeSilk. It truly is an amazing product, and it is wonderfully safe for your skin (only three ingredients!).

I’m not only gushing to you. Ask my husband what my hands used to look like all winter and how much I still go on and on to him about the marvels of BeeSilk. I stay stocked up on the Family Size Hard Lotion Bar, and keep a BeeSilk Stick in my purse. At all times.

Renee is super sweet to give us all this freebie!

Click on this special link she set up, then put the free BeeSilk Stick in your cart (worth $7.65). Shipping should cost less than $5 – but I’m adding a few other items to my cart to make the shipping cost a little more worth it. Our whole family uses BeeSilk, plus I often share BeeSilk Pocket-Sized bars with others. So if I work it right, I’ll end up with enough in my cart to get free shipping with my free BeeSilk Stick. That makes this deal even better.

I’d love to hear from those who use MadeOn products. Do you love them like I do?

This free offer is only good today and tomorrow (January 8-9). Grab your free BeeSilk Stick!

Heavenly Homemakers Favorite Things Giveaway

If I had one minute to pull some of my favorite things off the shelf and gift them to you – what would I choose? What are some of the things I use at my house daily?

Out of my original list of about 40 things, I narrowed this giveaway down to 6. I mean, you can’t have my Bible, I already drank your coffee, and our cat is staying where she is. But guess what I did decide to include in this giveaway??

  • A Snowflake Flexi-Clip courtesy of Paula at Lilla Rose
  • A Set of BeeSilk Products from Renee at Madeon
  • A 32-ounce jar of Organic Gold Label Coconut Oil from Tropical Traditions
  • A gallon bucket of Palm Shortening from Tropical Traditions
  • A set of three Coconut Oil Soaps from Tropical Traditions
  • A (drum roll please!) Nutrimill grain mill from Paula’s Bread

My Favorite Things Christmas Giveaway

Isn’t that list gorgeous?! I love all of these items and use them constantly at my house. I mean, while wearing a Flexi-Clip in my hair I will grind flour in my Nutrimill, use that very flour along with either Coconut Oil or Palm Shortening to make something delicious, then wash my hands with Coconut Oil Soap and rub on some BeeSilk. As you can see, not only do I use these products daily, sometimes I use them all at the same time within a thirty-minute time period!

One of you who leaves a comment on this post will have a chance to win a big package of all these products.

That really is all it takes to sign up for this giveaway. Leave a comment. I like to keep things simple around here. :) I’ll draw one random winner for this giveaway on Monday, December 14.

Something for Everyone!

I want to take a minute to welcome everyone who has clicked over here from another blog in this fun giveaway party. New to Heavenly Homemakers? Hi! We want to get to know you better. We want you to stick around. We want to give you free stuff. :)

You’ll soon learn that around here, we like to laugh while eating butter. I mean, there’s more to it than that, but that pretty much covers the basics. Please get your butter sticks and plan to come visit again and again.

Cold Weather Equals Dry Hands? I Don’t Think So.

October 5, 2015 by Laura 6 Comments

This post may contain affiliate links. For more information, please see our disclosure policy.

Last week I sat in the sunshine in a tank top. This week I got out all my winter clothes and put on four mis-matched layers to go freeze through two soccer games. This is fall in Nebraska.

Proof of the scary mis-matched outfit, paired with soccer game hair, and a 10-year old photo bomber:

mom and malachi

Brown sweater over green shirt over cream shirt over black shirt.
I’m willing to come over and help you choose attire at any time. For free.

I’m sure many of you are experiencing similar weather changes where you are too. What I’m not loving is this: my hands were perfectly fine one day; then when it turned cold, my hands turned dry and threatened to start cracking. This happened overnight.

Whereas I used to brace myself for the long haul and have miserable hands all winter long, this time I just looked at the little white flakes on my fingers and said, “Oh I don’t think so.” (I said it with sass, so make sure you go back and re-read that sentence with proper attitude and inflection.)

One healthy rub-down of BeeSilk Hard Lotion and my hands were perfect and pain-free again. Take that, cold weather!

Since BeeSilk is the be all and end all for me and I will use it from now until the rest of my life because I love it so much – I asked Renee at MadeOn if she’d want to throw us a discount so we could stock up and be ready for winter. Within just minutes she blessed us with 15% off any BeeSilk product order (not including the DIY kit). Love her.

The discount only lasts for two days – Monday and Tuesday. That’s today and tomorrow. October 5 and 6. Of this year, 2015.

BeeSilk MadeOn Hard Lotion

I love BeeSilk because it is so pure and safe for the skin. Ingredients include coconut oil, shea butter, and unbleached beeswax – that’s it! It’s different from regular lotion because it’s a hard lotion – in bar form. You hold it in your hands for a few seconds to warm it, then rub it around to soften and moisturize your hands. Man, I love this stuff.

MadeOn offers free shipping when your order is $45 or more. Here’s what I’ve found to be the best bang for my buck while preparing for winter. (My entire family uses these products.)

1 BeeSilk Family Bar $12.95
1 BeeSilk Family Bar Refill Pack $16.00
5-Pack BeeSilk Pocket-Sized Lotion Bars $27.80

You can check out the BeeSilk products here. Use the code hh15off for the 15% discount.

Here’s one more fun treat Renee is offering, and I think it is so cool!

madeon giveaway

How fun that you and a friend could both win! Get the details here.

Winter and dry skin will not go hand in hand. (Oh my goodness – is that not the best pun? Be in awe of my wit.) We will move through the cold months with soft, comfortable skin. Thank you, MadeOn!

This post may contain affiliate links. For more information, please see our disclosure policy.

favorite summer things 2

Want to know my favorite thing about summer? Well let me think…SUNSHINE!!! (You know I love it when I interrupt myself to blurt out my answer.)

I love sunshine coming in through my windows. I love sunshine beaming down on my face. I love warming up in the sunshine. And I love laying in the sunshine, soaking up Vitamin D. (Responsibly, of course. Don’t go all “harmful UV rays” on me. God made the sun, the sun is good, we need Vitamin D from the sun, amen and amen. I don’t overdo it, but still, sunshine is my very favorite thing about summertime.)

Now, women shall not live on sunshine alone. (I mean, we also need butter. Duh.)

In celebration of summer (and sunshine!) (and sure, butter. why not?) – I’ve teamed up with 11 other bloggers to share many chances for you to win some of our very favorite things for summertime. What’s included in our Heavenly Homemakers favorite summer things giveaway?

  • A “Night Owl” Flexi-Clip from Lilla Rose (valued at $14.00)
  • A Half-Tee Tank from Deborah and Co. (valued at $17.99)
  • 1/2 pound of Vanilla Beans from Olive Nation (valued at $39.95)
  • Bug Block Bar, BeeSilk Stick, and Peppermint Lip Balm from MadeOn (valued at $29.10)
  • Stainless Steel Fruit Slicer, Pastry Blender, and Mini Slotted Turner from Paula’s Bread (valued at $24.99)
  • My very own Oh, For Real Cookbook (valued at $25.95)

Altogether, that’s over $150 worth of my favorite items for summertime. You can win all of it!

summer giveaway4

Why are these my favorite things for summer?

  • I keep my hair pulled back in my Lilla Rose Flexi-Clip all summer long.
  • I wear my Half-Tee Tank from Deborah and Co. under my summer dresses and tank tops for modesty and comfort.
  • I start a batch of homemade vanilla extract with Vanilla Beans from Olive Nation in June so that it will be ready to give as gifts at Christmastime.
  • I safely protect my family from mosquito bites with MadeOn’s Bug Block Bar – and I use BeeSilk Stick, and Peppermint Lip Balm every single day of the year.
  • I use a Stainless Steel Fruit Slicer, Pastry Blender, and Mini Slotted Turner from Paula’s Bread for fresh summer produce and fun summer dishes.
  • I use my Oh, For Real Cookbook pretty much alllllll the time.

Simply leave a comment on this post for a chance to win this entire package. I will draw a random winner on Monday, June 1. Be watching for a post stating the winner!

Everyone Gets a FREE BeeSilk Stick (My Fav!)

Once upon a time (4.5 years ago), Renee from MadeOn sent me a BeeSilk Lotion Bar. At the time, my hands were red, dry, and cracking. I was skeptical of all lotions as most of them made my hands worse, not better – but I tried it anyway because the ingredients were pure and I thought maybe, just maybe this would help me.

I held the lotion bar in my hands to soften it, then rubbed it over my dry hands. Immediately my hands felt better. I was amazed that for the rest of the day – my hands felt great. I re-applied the lotion before bed. The next day they were as smooth as a baby’s…forehead. ;)

I use BeeSilk Lotion every day now, my family uses it every day, we never go without it, and our skin lives happily ever after. The end.

Great story, huh? A true one, too. I super love BeeSilk Lotion.

Since the first time we tried MadeOn, we’ve also starting using their Bug Block and Lip Balm – loving those too. Beyond the fact that these products are super effective, they are also completely pure and healthy for the skin. (As in, the ingredients are safe enough to eat.) Plus, they are reasonably priced. So this is a win-win-win.

And now the best news of all. Through Saturday, we can all get a free BeeSilk Stick ($7.65 value)!

Free Bee Silk Stick!

Since I’ve been working with Renee from MadeOn for so many years now, I asked if she’d want to swing us a deal. She came back with a freebie because she loves Heavenly Homemakers readers almost as much as I do. Almost. ;)

Now through Saturday, May 9 we can each get a free BeeSilk Lotion Stick. These are just like the lotion bars, only they are in stick form – like a glue stick, only bigger. You can throw them in your purse to easily rub onto your skin or your child’s skin.

How To Get a Free BeeSilk Lotion Stick:

  1. Click here to get to the special “Free BeeSilk Lotion Stick for Heavenly Homemakers Readers” page.
  2. Enter your email address and then click the yellow button. (Yes, then you’ll be on the MadeOn mailing list which I find very beneficial – but if you prefer, you can unsubscribe from her newsletter at any time.)
  3. Place your order for a free BeeSilk Stick. You’ll need to pay a small shipping fee OR you can do what I did when I took advantage of this: I ordered enough products to get free shipping. We use these products constantly, and I really needed to stock up on Bug Block Sticks for my kids to take to camp this summer.

Don’t forget -this fun freebie deal ends May 9. Enjoy! You’ll find that these Lotion Sticks are great for dry, cracked heels too. I recommend stocking up on Bug Block while you’re there. It works VERY WELL and it absolutely safe. I love this!

made on chocolate stick

This is my very favorite lotion, in the form of a stick, and with the scent of chocolate. Thank you, Renee, for this awesome free gift!

Simply type in your email on this page and go from there. (Renee’s newsletter is always beneficial, providing many DIY recipes for awesome skin related products.)

We do have to pay for shipping on this free product. In order to get more bang for my shipping buck, I added a few additional products to my cart. (The BeeSilk Lotion Bar is what I always have on hand in large supply.)

Everyone Gets a FREE Au Chocolat Stick from MadeOn!

Renee from MadeOn is sooooooo great to work with! I emailed her last week to say, “Many of us have the winter blues. Any chance you could offer us something fun like a discount or free gift with purchase to get us through until spring?”

Not only did she say “yes” – she offered more than I expected. This is more than a free gift with purchase. It’s simply a FREE GIFT. And it’s chocolate.

Every one of us can go get a free Au Chocolate Stick (worth $8.05)!!!!

What is this, you ask? It’s only my very favorite lotion, in the form of a stick, and with the scent of chocolate. Because it’s in the form of a stick, it’s easier to apply for “spot application” or to apply lotion on a child’s skin. It’s perfect for elbows and knees. Mmmm, it’s cocoa butter lotion!!!

I’ve loved MadeOn Hard Lotion for years now. It has saved my hands from cracking and bleeding each winter. I love it so much, and I love working with Renee, owner of MadeOn. She cares so much about her customers and about making sure her products are pure and healthy.

So. Go get your free Au Chocolate Stick.  (Renee’s newsletter is always beneficial, providing many DIY recipes for awesome skin related products.)

One last thing:  We do have to pay for shipping on this free product. In order to get more bang for my shipping buck, I plan to add a few additional products to my cart. This isn’t a problem because we love these products so much and all six of us use them! (The BeeSilk Lotion Bar is what I always have on hand in large supply.)

Okeedokee! Enjoy your free gift, and thank you, Renee, for blessing us all with this!

This free offer is good through Wednesday, March 11.
