    I LOVE coconut oil. In the morning a Tbsp. goes in my coffee and 1 more Tbsp. in my smoothie. In the evening it goes into a veggie stirfry. I bake with. I even make my own body scrub with it and I never have to use lotion after the shower. Tropical Traditions has the best quality coconut oil on the market!

    When I use the coconut oil mixed in with my olive oil (to transition my family) my husband sometimes asks if I’m using ‘butter’. Anyone else had a family member ask that? I don’t taste ‘butter’ but then I KNOW what I put in the product is coconut oil. Strange.

    I have heard so many good things about Tropical Traditions and the purity of their products. I’ve been wanting to order from them for awhile so finally did last weekend when they had free s&h and a special on their coconut oil :), just got it in yesterday and it is great! My dogs love it too (much to my surprise the company also sent me a free book on the benefits of coconut oil and pets were mentioned in it).

    I have been using coconut oil for quite sometime now and I cannot say enough good about it. I started oil pulling, as well, and am starting to see some good things happening.       I started replacing vegetable oil with coconut oil for my entire
      family. It also helped me to get rid of Epstein Bar, which plagued
      me for months. Kudos to Coconut Oil! I have never been able to buy

    I like using coconut oil in everything. The first time I tried it was with chocolate covered strawberries. Everyone wanted to know how I got the hint of coconut in it. I use it non stop now.

    I use coconut oil for absolutely everything! Making something yummy for dinner? Be sure to use coconut oil! Baby has a rash on his bum? Coconut oil! Dry skin? Coconut oil! My baby gets eczema and it works great that too!! I could go on and on but you get the idea! I love it!!

    Coconut oil has so many benefits and uses. Use as a moisturizer for dry skin on your body, face and neck. It softens dry lips and is used in homemade body oils and scrubs. It has so many health benefits. It is the “good” kind of fat that contains vitamins and minerals to increase your energy, contains antioxidants to promote healthy cell growth and benefits our heart and blood. Good for us inside and out.

    I love using coconut oil for most of my baking and cooking needs. I try to keep both virgin and refined on hand to suit a variety of different cooking temperatures. The virgin is so delicious I use it as a spread on toast!

    Don’t forget to dab a little on your lips every time you open a jar for cooking! Heavenly Homemakers got me hooked and I’ll never go back to using Criso or olive oil again! I use it in cookies, fajitas, and anything else I may need a little oil in something.
