As I was working on a new Eat Healthy, Save Time post for next week, it occurred to me that I haven’t shared on that subject much lately.
Today, I’m here to remind you that eating healthy does not take a lot of time. It may look different for each of us depending on our circumstances. Some days may be harder than others. But no more excuses. We do have time to eat healthy. We can do this!
Just for fun, I thought I’d share the link to all of my Eat Healthy, Save Time posts. Read through them to get some great ideas for ways you can save time on this healthy eating journey!!

Oh my goodness! That is quite a collection of helpful articles. I always baked the muffins and then froze them. Never tried freezing the batter. I have been a working single mom for 17 years. I do not like the taste of package foods, so I have taken many old time recipes and made them faster and easier to prepare. You can find them here -http://commonsenseliving.com/members/index.php/recipes
I hope that helps!
