I thought of you this morning as I served my homemade cinnamon rolls that were made with whole wheat flour, palm shortening, sucanat, and coconut oil to replace everything that wasn’t so healthy. They tasted just as wonderful and we (I) didn’t feel guilty eating them. Thank you for the free gift! It was a hard decision!
