This is EXACTLY what I needed right now – thank you! I just bought both. Can’t wait to start the ecourse and try out some new recipes! I constantly feel behind in the kitchen with three kids ages 6, 4 and 2 and I appreciate your encouragement and healthy, delicious recipes!

As soon as I read that you were doing this, I’ve been patiently waiting for it to be released! I am so glad that I’ve found someone who is focused on preparing healthy meals, but is realistic about it! I’ve tried to follow other bloggers that focus on real foods, but it becomes like a full time job. I’m already a homeschooling mom of 2 little girls and one of them has special medical needs. I already have a few “full time jobs”, and I don’t need another one. We’re preparing for another big hospital stay, and I need to have my freezer stocked and ready! Thank you for making my life easier! May God bless you and your family!!!

    Laura,
Are any of these ecourses/books legible on an ipad once you download them? I find my laptop time to be pretty limited throughout the day, but I could make time to read it on a mobile device throughout my day. Thanks!

The eCourse would be since it is all online. I’m not sure how ipads work – but as long as you have adobe reader and are able to open a pdf document, you should be able to open the ebook!

To be honest, I wasn’t too interested in making and freezing meals. I thought it was a good idea, but the same excuses that you listed: ‘I don’t have the freezer space’ or ‘I don’t have time’ etc… But then this weekend I came down with the worst stomach flu EVER!!! With six children to feed and not being able to pick myself up. Feeding them was an issue. How much better would it have been if there were meals in the freezer!!! Needless to say, I bought your ecourse and ebook almost as soon as I got your email:) Thank you!

Yes, you should have received an email. Did you check your spam folder to see if it somehow ended up there? If you still don’t have it, email me and I’ll be sure you get everything you need! ([email protected])

Hi, Laura. I purchased the eCourse package using PayPal. However, I have never been able to download anything to my phone thru the link sent after payment. In the past, you have e-mailed me the info and then it works perfectly. Would you be able to do that again? Thanks so much!

Hi Laura! I purchased two complete packages, one for myself and the other for my daughter. I have made two copies of the recipes and I was wondering if we both use the same password for the eCourse? Thanks so much! We are both very excited to get started.

I ordered the combo. However, I need help as I am tech challenged. I saved the PDF file with snacks. However on the e-course one I am not sure what to do. I followed the link in my email and it brings up the opening page and list the classes below but the email says I have only 5 attempts to get on there. I have gone to it twice now to see a way to save anything etc. and I don’t know what to do. Afraid I am going to use up my attempts and not have access to anything. Or if I don’t want to watch them all at once how do you get to get back in after 5 attempts?

My guess is that you’re clicking on the link to the ebook and not the ecourse. Try the second link found on your email. That’s the one that accesses the course with the password. You’ll have unlimited, lifetime access. If this doesn’t make sense, feel free to email me and I’ll walk you through it more directly! ([email protected])

    Hi Laura,
Looking at the cover of Make Ahead Meals and Snacks there are 3 recipe cards. First is obviously Strawberry Muffins, the second appears to be some kind of roll-up. I can’t find that recipe in my book. Am I overlooking something, reading the cover wrong or did that recipe not make the cut?

Oh that’s funny – I’d forgotten that was included in the cover. You are right, that recipe didn’t make the cut. I was trying to like them, but didn’t. :)

    Hi Laura,

I’m interested in purchasing the combo – quick question first thought:

With both anaphylactic nut and dairy allergies in the family, do you think there would still be enough info/recipes to make it worth it?

    Thanks in advance.

Very few recipes contain nuts of any kind – just a few desserts. But there is quite a bit of dairy. I believe the info in the eCourse is valuable and helpful no matter what your diet restrictions are. And I think that some of the recipes in the eBook could be adapted.

I’ve tried “freezer cooking” in the past and could just never get into it. But I ordered your e-course and book anyways and I’m so glad I did! I’ve actually found that while having frozen casseroles doesn’t work as well for me I love having frozen ingredients on hand. The other day I browned 12 lbs of ground meat with onions and portioned in pint jars for the freezer. It’s been so easy to take a couple jars out of the freezer and dinner is 1/2 made already :)

I just purchased this and I think it used the wrong email address with Paypal. Is there a way to check it and get it sent to the correct one?

I got this last week. I printed the lessons and the make ahead meals book. I printed your Healthy breakfast e book. Then left for vacation. I read lesson one, along with the cookbooks while on vacation. I made a breakfast menu plan for the next 2 weeks, made my grocery list. When my plane landed I stopped at the market with my grocery list , bought what I knew I didn’t have at home. When I got up this morning I made turkey sausage, beef sausage, breakfast cups, bacon, egg, & cheese muffins, and mac n cheese cups. I have tried everything and it all tastes awesome. Thank you.

In your book for the meatless spaghetti pie it has 2 cups of mozzarella cheese in the ingredients but doesn’t say when to add it. I am assuming it’s either with the other cheese or on top?
