I love reading your menu plans. For the first time, I put one together today for this week with breakfast, lunch and dinner. I just wonder how you manage to cook (with lots of planning involved, I’m sure) 3 meals a day. I generally cook breakfast and dinner. I just don’t want to cook in the middle of the day and clean up again! My boys are 4 and 2, so I don’t get a lot of help from them. ;) I love to cook for my family, I just have a mental block about lunchtime. :)

Do you use freezer ‘ziplok’ type bags for freezing things like the waffles? I know glass is your favorite but I can’t imagine freezing in glass.

I made the Ranch Dressing for the first time last week…..LOVE IT! My whole family does, but I really like it so much I could probably turn up the jar and drink it. HAHA (could be the pregnancy talking)
