Thanks, Laura. I wish you were here to cook all those wonderful things for me! Lucky, lucky family.
I love reading your menu plans. For the first time, I put one together today for this week with breakfast, lunch and dinner. I just wonder how you manage to cook (with lots of planning involved, I’m sure) 3 meals a day. I generally cook breakfast and dinner. I just don’t want to cook in the middle of the day and clean up again! My boys are 4 and 2, so I don’t get a lot of help from them. ;) I love to cook for my family, I just have a mental block about lunchtime. :)
oh missy I feel your pain… my kids get pb&j or popcorn apples and cheese or something simple!
Here’s a download which includes lots of lunch ideas! https://www.heavenlyhomemakers.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/Healthy-Lunch-Ideas.pdf
Sorry, I don’t think that link works. You’ll find it on this page: https://www.heavenlyhomemakers.com/gratituesday-first-podcast
Thank you Laura! :)
Wait, it DID work! Thanks again!
I love your site! Thanks for all the great information and recipes!
I love your breakfast cake! I really must try the breakfast cookies soon.
Do you use freezer ‘ziplok’ type bags for freezing things like the waffles? I know glass is your favorite but I can’t imagine freezing in glass.
Yes, I use freezer ziplock bags for things like this!
I made the Ranch Dressing for the first time last week…..LOVE IT! My whole family does, but I really like it so much I could probably turn up the jar and drink it. HAHA (could be the pregnancy talking)
try it in only sour cream as dip for carrots! Yummmmm!
