We’re in between soccer games this afternoon. It’s a little windy, but I’m loving the sunshine!!

Here’s to a great week!

Sunday, April 7
Oatmeal, fruit
Crunchy ranch chicken, stir fried rice and veggies
Huddle at our friends’ house

Monday, April 8
Applesauce bread, creamy orange coolers
Grilled burgers, ranch potato wedges, fruit salad
Taco salad

Tuesday, April 9
Flaky cream cheese pastry, kiwi
Stuffed green peppers, fruit smoothies
Black bean salsa with organic corn chips

Wednesday, April 10
Fried eggs on toast, oranges
Tuna casserole, peas
Grilled bbq chicken, tossed salad, green beans

Thursday, April 11
Peanut butter chocolate chip muffins, applesauce
Spicy avocado dip with raw veggies and chips
Popcorn chicken, tossed salad

Friday, April 12
Homemade poptarts, apples
Spanish rice, fruit salad
Taco potatoes, asparagus

Saturday, April 13
Easy egg casserole, oranges
Leftovers
Calzones, tossed salad

      I usually just use Philadelphia cream cheese. :)
