Menu Plan Monday

The boys helped me decide what we’re eating this week. They love it when I’m planning our menu and call out…”OK guys, what sounds good to eat this week?”

The answer usually comes out sounding something like, “LASAGNACREPESPIZZAROLLSROAST!”

So, here you go!

I’ll be continuing to post great recipes for “natural sugar” treats this week (treats made without white sugar or white flour). If you’ve missed the beginning of this series, find those recipes here. And come back each day, as I post new recipes using honey, rapadura or real maple syrup for sweeteners!

Thanks for posting the “natural sugar” treats. We are on the slow road to eating better and I am always looking for recipes.

Oh my goodness, this is quite a plan! At first I didn’t get it was all three meals for the day and I thought, well, that is an interesting combination for dinner..

I love the natural sugar treats idea. I will be back to poke around a little more!

I popped over here from Orgjunkie’s Menu Plan Monday post. Your menu sounds great. I loved the suggestion quote. Cute.

Natural sugar treats? I am off to go look. I am trying to reduce sugars and especially sweeteners like HFCS and corn syrup, etc. I do use Turbinado sugar though.

    Blessings
