It’s been a few weeks since I’ve made this easy Overnight No-Knead Bread. I have to ask myself why???? It’s too easy and yummy not to make often. :)

Laura, thank you for being a blessing :)
I was wondering with your no-knead overnight bread, is yours dense? If not, could you give me some pointers as to why mine was, please? I use a grain mill and fresh milled white wheat. At least I think it was, do you ever forget which container is white and which is red? ;-)
Yes, mine is dense too. It’s just a different type of bread compared the the lighter, fluffier bread we’re often used to. I use hard white wheat all the time, just to keep things simple! :)
