Menu For the Week

Here’s a peak at what we’ll be eating this week. Notice that on Thursday, we’ll be enjoying “Prince Toast” for breakfast. That’s Malachi’s translation of French Toast (Pwince Toast)…I couldn’t have come up with a better name for a treat for all the princes in my house!

Here’s my Homemade Pizza  recipe (made with a whole wheat crust).

Can I tell you something about your menu planning? You really need to hear it. Ok…glad you are listening.

I look forward to your menu posting allllllll week long. And I totally grab my pencil to see what I can pirate. I go crazy for them…do a little cheer. :) I am so impressed that you get them all filled out each week. My menu plan for this week that I started last week is still sitting empty for Thurday on. :) And I’m even more impressed knowing that menu plan includes feeding 4 little/not so little boys and a husband. I often stare at my list in wonder not sure what my kids AND us will eat.

And your meals all seem simple and yet so yummy. I think you are exceptionally gifted in this area. I suspect that feeding your family so well is one of your spiritual gifts (no I am not being silly…I’m serious) and I’m so glad that you have this website to share that gift with all of us.

So if I haven’t told you enough yet…I think you are awesome…and the menus are just more proof! Thank you so much for sharing!

I made your Giant Breakfast Cookies this morning and they were a huge hit. Dad had 3! I say that makes them a success. I’ll be posting a picture of them on my blog tonight, hopefully along with my menu plan for the week. Thanks for the inspiration.
