Yum

I’ve decided that we can never have too many quick and healthy breakfast recipes. I love recipes that can be made ahead of time (or thrown together quickly), and my family really appreciates a variety. I shared the Homemade Instant Oatmeal Packets recipe a few days ago, which is the recipe that inspired the idea for this eBook several weeks ago. I thought it would be nice to have the instant oatmeal recipe in a handy printable, then as I began putting it together, an entire eBook evolved. It’s not a fancy eBook, but who needs fancy? We just need simple, right? A Healthy Breakfast Made Simple. :)

This eBook, Healthy Breakfast Made Simple, has ten healthy breakfast recipes for you, many of which can be prepared ahead of time. Here’s what you’ll find in this eBook:

Thank you for more easy, healthy recipe ideas, Laura! If it weren’t for your site, I would be making less homemade food for our family. I love your make ahead recipes for when we are blessed with new additions to our family. Thank you for you hard work and generosity in sharing with us!

This is so great – thank you so much!! I made the “instant” oatmeal today (no sucunat so used brown sugar) and it turned out so good and so easy! I even cut back on the sugar bait and it was still sweet & tasty & quite filling. Thanks again!!!

These look like great ideas! There are not any make ahead instructions. Right now I am looking at the peanut butter and banana French toast sandwich. Could this be made ahead without the bananas getting yucky?

I’m not sure that one would work as well made ahead. It’s a quick one to throw together though!

Those barrel jars are available from in 1 gallon and 1 1/2 gallon sizes from Anchor Hocking. You can get them from amazon, WalMart, etc. I ordered a 2 1/2 gallon barrel jar, and it is HUGE!! I also love the Libbey barrel jar. Links follow:
