As I was searching my website for taco recipes, I came across this gem: That One Time I Had to Chase My Taco
I’d forgotten about it but it is worth remembering. It’s all about the time I had to chase my ridiculous (but precious) taco pinata across the Walmart parking lot as it flew away toward the cornfield. And I lived to write about it:
And now we’re all hungry for tacos!

Also? I don’t see much difference in burritos and tacos, so it is worth mentioning the fantastic Burrito Bar! When I do this (frequently!) for our family and guests, it’s like Chipotle, only so much less expensive! Check out this great idea!
How many tacos/burritos (as shown in your buffet below) would your husband, sons, their starving friends eat? Even athletic woman (we must know starving young adults) could easily scarf down 3-4. I imagine the plate you show must be for yourself–which I could limit myself too :). Same kind of a question with your Christmas lasagna : how many pieces does everyone eat? I imagine the littles don’t eat a whole lot yet. Our company seems to require a lot of food–1- 1/2 pieces of boneless chicken breast, huge salads, seconds on veggies. But little desserts. hahaha
My husband and older sons eat 3-6 tacos each, depending on how full they stuff their tortillas. They each probably eat 3 pieces of lasagna. :)
