Your weekly meal plans always look so good and are full of variety! What a lucky family you have to eat so well well after week! I noticed you serve baby carrots and I’m not sure if those are the kind you buy from the store or if you are peeling and cutting “baby carrots” yourself but I would urge you to research how bad store bought baby carrots are for you. They are highly processed and go through a bleaching and dye process to keep that orange color so vibrant. They look innocent enough but I stopped buying them after seeing several articles talking about the processing of them.

Thanks for the info. I haven’t researched it. Is it the same for organic baby carrots?
